There is onsite parking available at the clinic. If, however, the bays are full then there is a car park with free access as you enter the industrial estate 20 metres up on the right. You do, however, need to display a ‘Parking Disc’ showing your time of arrival. Information on where to purchase these discs is given in the car park.

Booking a consultation

How do I pay?
If you are self-funding then we accept card payments, cash, cheque or BACS payments. If you are funding treatment through an insurance company, we will for the most part, invoice them direct.
I have private Medical insurance
JL PhysioFit is registered with most major insurance companies. The reception team will let you know what information you need to give us to activate the policy.
How many sessions will I need?
This is entirely dependent on each case, however, on average, we see a very good improvement with our clients by 5 to 6 sessions. If progress isn’t being made then we stop treatment and reassess. Typically, the earlier you come in, the quicker we can help you.
Cancelling a booking
If you are unable to make your appointment then we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we are able to fill the appointment slot. If you miss your appointment without reason then we charge 50% of the appointment fee to cover the costs we have incurred. We will always endeavour to work with you so please do get in touch if you are unable to attend or need to rearrange.
