Ultrasound Diagnostic Scans & Injections

Whilst we have a strong belief that most problems can be conservatively managed with physiotherapy and targeted exercise programmes, occasionally it is beneficial to have a deeper look using an Ultrasound scan.

Ultrasound scans are excellent at capturing images of soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves, that don’t show up well on x-rays. They are very safe, non-invasive scans that do not expose the patient to any harmful ionizing radiation.

All of our scans are carried out by Ramakrishna Rachaputi.

Rami is a very experienced and skilled sonographer and is able to diagnose as well as administer Ultrasound-guided injections, when they are considered beneficial for the patient.
