Want to practice at home? No problem. All memberships give you 24/7 access to our āOn Demandā section of pre recorded Pilates content. There is a range of both short and long format classes so itās convenient for you.

We believe in helping our members achieve amazing results and we care about your progress. This is why we operate a membership system and not drop in classes. There is an initial commitment of 12 weeks to ensure we have the time to really help you feel the benefits of Pilates. With a simple monthly direct debit, staying committed has never been easier.

Our live classes are capped at 10 people, ensuring you receive personalised attention in a comfortable setting. Our catch up system not only helps you maximise your membership but also allows you to experience different instructors and to meet new people, whilst continually progressing.

If youāve been dealing with ongoing neck, back or other issues, we recommend calling us to see if we need to start with a physiotherapy assessment. This helps ensure that Pilates is right for you and that your experience is both safe and appropriate. After 3 months of membership, each Pilates member is entitled to a complimentary 40 minute Physiotherapy assessment.

Instructors
All of our classes are led by a physiotherapist who is also a qualified Pilates instructor, thus ensuring you receive the best possible standard of tuition.
We offer private physio-led 1:1/2 tuition as well as Live classes, all carried out from our large purpose-built, light and air-conditioned studio in Ponteland outside Newcastle.
Live classes are capped at 10 people, this offers comfortable spacing and ensures you get the attention you deserve. Regular deep cleaning of the studio is carried out.

We firmly believe that to get the benefits from Pilates you must be regularly participating for at least 3 months, which is why all clients sign up for a minimum of 12 weeks to begin with.
We have a couple of monthly memberships available (see ‘below’) which cater for either 1 or 2 live classes a week.
We also have an ‘On Demand’ section which gives you access to pre-recorded shorter and longer form classes that you can do from home.
All Live classes last 55 mins. Private 1:1/2 tuition can be booked for 40 or 60 minutes.
